FAQ'S

The FM Radio is not working on my player. I can’t get any radio frequency.

Please check the FM region and make sure it is set to Canada/USA.

In addition, the player will use the earphone as an antenna to receive radio frequency. You must leave the earphone plugged in for the radio feature to work properly.
