Error “directory or file cannot be created” while transferring files to my MP3/MP4 player.
This error can occur when your device is set on HOLD or LOCK mode. Both of these features will enable write-protect, and this will not allow you to modify the content. Please verify you have the feature turned OFF. Another possible cause for this error is when the file system being used on the device does not support larger capacity, or is incompatible with your computer. Please reformat the device with a different file system type i.e. FAT, FAT32, NTFS. |
