Do I need to update the firmware and how?
DO NOT ATTEMP TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE. Please realize that we do not encourage anyone to perform firmware update on their device when it is functioning. This procedure involves risk of hardware failure and data loss when not carefully perform. Any changes incurred by the update are permanent. It is not possible to return to a previous version after the update. If you’re having issue with the device, please contact us instead. |
